The location is excellent, with variety of supermarkets, banks and communications branches nearby. The staff was welcoming and very open to help and support.
The bedsheet was not clean and the temperature in room was bot sufficient and we requested a heater

Gute Lage, alles da, was man braucht.
Den Eingang zu finden war etwas kompliziert, da sich das Hotel über einem Bekleidungsgeschäft befindet. Man muss auf die Seite und durch eine Tür wo ganz oben nur Hotel steht. Laut Beschreibung auf booking gibt es eine Möglichkeit zum Wäsche waschen. Das rief mehrere Telefonate auf den Plan. Dann durften wir zu einem äußerst stolzen Preis die Waschmaschine des Hotels verwenden. Den Wäscheständer mussten wir in unser Zimmer stellen.

the city is very poor and feels very unsafe.
you have to pay extra if you want coffee for breakfast
bathroom has weird smell and if u go first in the morning have to wait ~5mins while you get hot water
