A good way to experience Cancún on the cheap but it should be cleaner and provide enough towels for the pool & bathr

Nice location on a little side road off the main one. Nice pool and view of the lagoon side of Cancún. A short 10 minute walk to a nice calm beach (Playa Tortuga) with some nice shops, restaurants, and a convenient store (Oxxo). Very spacious apartment.

The kitchen doesn’t have air conditioning (but the bedrooms do) and smelled bad. After many hours of airing it out by ceiling fan it became tolerable. Not enough towels provided for our group of three.

We left thinking, it could have been a better stay if it was more looked after.

The location was conveniently close to the ferry terminal. Check-in was quick and straightforward, the apartment was spacious, and the pool was a pleasant bonus after a hot day.

To be honest, the photos on Booking.com do reflect the property, but they appear to have been taken when it was first listed several years ago. The apartment is clearly in need of love and maintenance. The cutlery, kitchen utensils, and towels were all quite old and heavily worn. Cleanliness was also an issue, with dirty floors and hair throughout the bathroom that certainly did not belong to us. Additionally, there were ants throughout the apartment, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. For a longer stay the location is far from shops and restaurants.... :-(

Beautiful Space

The pool! The staff was super helpful. The rooms are beautiful with a gorgeous view. Close to a small beach, across the road. Nice showers with heat water and good pressure.

It was an Uber drive away from the tourist area.

A good apartment in a good location of Cancun

The property was in a good location, the beds were comfortable, there was good water pressure, there was a smart tv and a large refrigerator. Moreover, the host made check in very easy.
