TVR 4181: Charming cottage above historic Koloa Town, about 20 minutes from Lihue airport.
Front door opens into expansive screened-in lanai with dining table. Living room includes comfortable furnishings, seating area and a pune'e, Hawaiian style couch, that can sleep one. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, desk, dresser and two night stands with lamps, closet and an adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has sliding doors that open up into the living room or can be closed off for more privacy and includes two twin beds, dresser,closet and an adjoining bathroom. The full kitchen includes a dining area, washer/dryer, stove and microwave. There is a two car car-port separate from the cottage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent—just a 2-minute drive to old Kōloa Town and less than 10 minutes from Poʻipū Beach. The house was spacious, comfortable, and situated in a wonderfully quiet area. We especially loved spending time on the veranda.The home was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals, laundry facilities, and essential beach gear for us to use (chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards). These extra amenities made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very quiet neighborhood (despite rooster crowing in early am.) Relaxing lanai with beautiful view. Excellent location to explore south Kauai. Highly recommend and would stay at this lovely cottage again.

This home is truly magical. The home is modest but well appointed, the beds and linens are high quality and very comfortable. Mornings and evenings on the screened in porch melted years of stress away. This home sits on a private lot with Mountain View’s. Words don’t do it justice. Close to everything but made us feel connected to the quiet rhythms of the land.

The cottage was super nice. It was clean and is in an extremely convenient location. The only difficulty for us was that each night we were there we were woken up multiple times by various animals around the house. There was a rooster right outside our window that was crowing very loudly for a lot of the night. We were also awoken by what seemed to be a wild pig right outside our window. If you’re gonna stay here consider bringing ear plugs for sleeping.
