Views from the apartment were amazing, layout and space in apartment was great
Few minor maintenance issues, like the fan switches were missing making it hard to change the fan settings- lights in one of the bedrooms didn’t work and one of the air con remotes needs new batteries

The property had everything that was needed for when you are away from home. Items such as washing power, dishwashing powder, ice pacs etc were provided.
For some reason, the arrival message disappeared so I couldn't find the information when I arrived. Luckily I had taken a photo of the pin for the lockbox. So perhaps and email with the instructions would be good as it is easier to find and access. The name was slightly confusing, as it was difficult to tell the actual building was called skytower, as the name of the place was called zen by the water.

The apartment was spacious, close to shops and the waterfront. The staff were also exceptional with helping us during our stay.
The shower in the main bathroom was over the bathtub, there is nothing secure to hang onto.
