An absolutely perfect 10/10 stay! The location is incredible, surrounded by beautiful nature, and the hotel itself is stunning. Every single aspect exceeded our expectations—from the immaculate thermal pools and delicious food to the top-tier customer service. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and will definitely be back!

The hotel itself is excellent, especially the beautiful thermal pools, which are truly a highlight and make the stay very enjoyable. However, precisely because the hotel and its facilities are so good, the staff seem to allow themselves to behave in an unprofessional and arrogant manner.
I got food poisoning from a sandwich purchased at the sandwich bar, where the employee who served me was notably rude and dismissive. This combination of poor attitude and lack of care is unacceptable, particularly in a hotel of this standard.
