Holiday Inn & Suites - Hopkinsville - Convention Ctr by IHG

Breakfast and room was great!

Na

They have a beautful waterfall and fire place out in the sit out area also a fire table and grill to night. The service was great Every one was saying good morning good breakfast swimming pool inside. The most comfort bed and pillows..clean clean very clean. The best hotel Ever..Ill go back for sure.. Also a restaurant inside and bar.

The hotel sits by a farming land and the dust was blowing all over outside. Harvest time, which they couldn't help that.

Convenient

Clean and well kept. Staff was very supportive. Breakfast was great, including all servers.

Easy to find, close to major highways and amenities. Staff are pleasant and helpful, in hotel restaurant was excellent. Will visit again most likely.

Their electronic system needs work, my reservation was “unassigned” and my King Suite with communications was not available. I had a booking confirmation and pin, but their system didn’t have my room until the day after I had booked it for. I was provided with a double Queen room at a higher price than my original booking, which does not seem like a fair practice. The front desk lady was very helpful, and committed to resolving my issue. It was very obvious she was held back in providing the best experience to me, via the electronic system that handles the operation. Upon entering my room, a discovery was made that the toilet handle was not connected to the flusher system. I was able to reconnect them, but it happened multiple times during my stay. On the 2nd day of my stay, my room key stopped working, and after a long day out I had to return to the lobby to get it fixed.
