The accommodation is wonderful, but what made it truly special were the owners.. a warm, kind, and incredibly welcoming family.
The location is great, and there's a parking area right nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom is excellent with all the essentials.
The interior design of the place is beautiful and shows real attention to detail.
The hosts go above and beyond to help you and make your stay as easy as possible.. from waiting up for us late at night on arrival to helping until the very last moment before we left.

Naprosto krásné ubytování v horách cca 15 min od Riva del Garda autem. Prostředí čisté, moderně a nově vybavené s krásnou terasou. Pitná voda, naproti malá restaurace s výhledem na Gardu. Ideální výchozí místo na túry. Hostitelka milá příjemná a celý týden jsme o nich ani nevěděli. Prostě celý den jste v turistické destinaci (Riva, Limone atd.) plné lidí a když chcete klid odjedete si (domů) do malebné Italské vesničky kde je klid bez turistů.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. The location in Pregasina is a hidden gem — it’s quiet, incredibly scenic, and offers a peaceful escape from the busier lakeside towns. At the same time, logistics are perfect: it took us only 15–20 minutes by car to reach key spots like Limone sul Garda, Riva, or the stunning Lake Tenno.
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very cozy. A special shout-out to the kitchen — it is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking, which made our family dinners very comfortable.
The hosts were amazing, super friendly, and always in touch, responding to any questions instantly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect vacation at Lake Garda. We would love to come back!
