This accommodation is really only suitable for a brief stay...maybe 1 night if you are waiting to catch transport (bus or train). On that basis, this place served its purpose quite well.
The receptionist was very helpful and responsive.
The bed was comfortable.
Being accommodation for transients, don't expect to get decent sleep or rest here (at least not in the dorm).

Location is great, it's very close to the bus station.
Price is good.
Cleanliness, especially bathroom and toilets. Although staff seemed to make some effort, most of the guests were careless.

Very kind and attentive staff, big dorm, lots of bathrooms and showers, sufficiently clean, safe location close to a big bus station and metro stop, high quality/price ratio
No hostel atmosphere, staff can't speak English

Staff was good and the common room was good. And the location is near to kashemere gate metro and bus station which is very convenient
What i didnt like is the listing they have done in booking.com
Booking it gives you different options for different prices for the same dormitory. I took the highest price and it is also mentioned as single bed in dormitory and not bunk beds. But i only got bunk bed . They said all
Options are same which is not convincing at all. And is a bad listing to confuse people and take more money from guests
