Location and view was stunning. Very close to Neskowin, Cape Kiwanda and Winema Beach. Very thoughtful on some amenities stuffs by the host.
Just happened to be hot days during our stay and the house does not have centralized air conditioning. It’s a big house, one room on the lower floor was locked/closed that and garage could have been cleaner.

The ocean views were spectacular!
The deck had a couple of worn our boards and the railing was wobbly. This is a hazard that must be fixed soon before someone falls down the cliff.
The non-working chair at the bottom of the stairs was a hindrance. It made for a tight squeeze when luggage was involved.

Great ocean views with large windows. Lots of space. Dog friendly
Dirty kitchen floor, needs a new toaster, needs a information list including the way to get down to the beach and the wifi password, jacuzzi tub was nice, but ran out of hot water before it filled enough to use it.
Outdated furniture
Take out chair lift-it is hazardous
