cozy, clean, and comfortable with many thoughtful features, a very functional kitchen, and indoor/outdoor seating/dining. Three bedrooms with good mattresses and high quality bedding. Excellent location with immediate beach access, charming residential context, very walkable. Dog friendly!

no mat in bath tub to prevent slippage/ falls
some ants appeared on wood counter in kitchen
back door lock needs WD as key sticks
