The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meal preparation, while the dining area offers a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy food and conversation. A guest bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor, along with a bunk area near the entry that provides additional sleeping flexibility for families or groups.

Downstairs, the private primary suite creates a quiet and restful escape. With floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the ocean, this space offers a truly serene experience—perfect for unwinding and waking up to the sound and sight of the waves. Pelican’s Perch comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bedroom and bunk area on the first floor, along with a king bedroom on the second floor. The layout is ideal for maintaining privacy while still enjoying shared spaces throughout the home.

This home is also dog-friendly, allowing up to two dogs to join your stay. A small fenced yard adds convenience, though pets should not be left unattended at any time. Parking is available for up to three vehicles, and for added peace of mind, a security camera is positioned facing the driveway and road.

While the home sits close to the coastline, the nearest beach access involves a steep, rope-assisted path and is not recommended. Instead, a short drive south leads to Neskowin’s main beach access, which is safe and accessible for all guests.

Just minutes away, you’ll find easy beach access, local dining, and small-town conveniences.
