Thoughtfully updated in 2026, the home pairs breathtaking scenery with inviting amenities. The open living area features a plush sectional and comfortable chairs perfectly positioned for the view, along with a 50” ROKU TV, sound bar, cable, and WiFi for relaxed evenings in.
The fully remodeled kitchen is both elegant and functional, appointed with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dedicated quartz desk, ideal for remote work with an ocean backdrop. Whether preparing a family meal or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, the setting feels effortlessly refined.

The ocean front condo has best views of all the Breakers Condo's, north toward Pacific City, west to the ocean and south to Proposal Rock all from the living room. Other than the than main floor bathroom you can see the ocean. New furniture, firm beds and well stocked kitchen. We come to Breakers 9 frequently....

I have wanted to stay on the beach in Oregon for years and my dream finally came true! This was honestly the most heart fulfilling vacation. If you’re looking for the perfect relaxation at the beach, this is the perfect spot. Neskowin is a cozy quiet town, but absolutely perfect.

The location and views can't be beat. This unit is comfortable, well equipped and nicely furnished.

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

When I booked the residence in December (18) I made it very clear that a wood burning fire place was a must.They assured me that the fireplace was wood burning and the only unit of 9 that had a fireplace. Upon entry the first thing I see isa note the fireplace was under maintenance, and not working. How disingenuous of Meridith to not inform me of this. I would have rented this unit twice a year for the long term but feel very slighted by this company. This circumstance was very unprofessional. The unit was perfect, but watch out what Meridith tells you, it may not be truthful.
