This spacious and sunny Neskowin vacation rental has everything you need to enjoy a trip to the Coast: a huge deck for relaxing outside, easy access (just a few blocks) to the beach, and plenty of space for a group.
This cheery three-bedroom home is decorated with a touch of coastal Americana decor, including the nautical stripes on the comfy sofas. The living area is quite large, with a window seat and a wood stove to keep you cozy even on rainy days. There's a shelf well-stocked with board games, puzzles, and a Smart TV and a DVD player for relaxing movie nights. The upstairs loft room has a Retro Video Game system on an additional TV to keep the kids busy on a rainy day or allow the adults to revisit great games from the past!
When the weather is sunny, though, you may not be able to leave the deck! Wrapping around the house, you'll find plenty of seating and a gas grill for barbecues. Indoors, the bright kitchen has everything you might need to prepare meals; you'll just have to decide whether to eat at the table tucked into the kitchen, or out on the deck in the sunshine.
The loft-style layout has an open-air "window" that overlooks the living room below, so you can keep an ear on the little ones while the adults socialize below.
With plenty of space and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this home also offers complimentary WiFi, perfect for staying connected to work or checking tide tables before your next clamming adventure. A washer and dryer are available to keep everyone in fresh clothes after long beach days. Designed with the whole family in mind, this dog-friendly Oregon Coast retreat features a fully fenced yard, providing a safe and secure space for both kids and pets to play. The beach has a creek that is shallow in summer which provides a great place for kids to play safely in the water without being in the big waves.
Neskowin's magical beach - with Hawk Creek that runs into the ocean and scenic Proposal Rock - is just a few minutes walk away. The small but charming village also has an upscale market and a golf course, and of course, all the attractions of bustling Lincoln City are just a short drive to the south.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
DOG FRIENDLY: **There is a $50 pet fee per stay with a maximum of 3 pets. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
Parking notes: There is free parking for 4 vehicles. There is a dedicated NEMA 14-50 outlet built into the garage for Electric Vehicle charging, please bring your own adaptor to plug in.

This house was clean and in a quiet location. It had most of the amenities in the kitchen that you would need to do most cooking things. The location was about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach on a quiet gravel road through the neighborhood. I appreciated that they provided firewood (even though we didn't use it), beach toys, towels and chairs. It was a comfortable stay thank you!

We couldn’t have had a nicer stay. What a beautiful house and location was really quiet. Not far from the beach and if you are wanting to get away, this is your place.

Basically OK, one shower had no pad on the floor, safety issue. Gas Grill was dirty from last user. TV hard to setup, change channels, watch programs. There was no listing of what was in the kitchen. No coffee bean grinder. No information provided how to find property coming from North or South on Hiwy 101. Once off of 101, directions were easy. Overall we would rate our stay as 4.
