A little noisy but it’s central London and it didn’t keep us awake.

We had a lovely stay. Such a warm welcome and a well equipped, spotless and cozy room. Well positioned for public transport too.

The bed is comfy and has a huge smart TV with Netflix.

The room can be locked only from inside basically when you are out the room can't be locked! To much noisy because the room has 2 windows on the main street! Be aware it's not a studio even ensuite it's not.The toilet is outside of your "studio" Basically it's a room in a house that have some facilities to eat,etc In the night they close the hitting outside was -2 and I was have to call and text on WhatsApp to ask to reopen. The toilet that was for my "studio" has been used from someone else and Lisa the host said that it's only for my use.I find the bathroom rug full of water when I come from outside and I ask to be changed! Cat's that sleeping in the common area, stairs. Be aware that the host is living in the same house with your "studio" room. Very disappointed...my experience I don't know how come has the rating 9.6

The room was really nice and clean and the bed very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Large flat screen tv with Sky and Netflix was a nice touch. Lisa was very friendly and welcoming and was very helpful in recommending good places to eat out, of which there were many only a short walk away.

I loved all of the space I had, what a lovely lady and so welcoming and helpful with the local area and transport. I would highly recommend and I will be returning for sure. The bed was so comfy and the breakfast was yummy.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Lisa went the extra mile catering for my dietary needs and allowing a late checkout so I could shower after a race event

Welcomed and shown everything then left to our own devices and didn’t feel like we were imposing on someone’s home. Everything you could need for a stay in London fitted into two rooms without feeling cramped. Lovely hosts. Will book again.

Very little to dislike. Even provided earplugs should any traffic noise bother us overnight!

It was easy to find, Lisa is welcoming, the property was neat and perfectly clean and we were amazed at the beverages, food and also the toiletries and towels provided.

Within walking distance of most facilities. Everything you need is supplied. Good value for money,parking is nearby which is chargeable but that is decently priced

as the property is near a main road there is a small amount of traffic overnight which made a small bit of difference to us as it is dead quiet where we live

Just as advertised. Host Lisa couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast even included with lots of choice!!

Lisa was such a lovely host and made us feel very welcome when we arrived. The room is lovely, big enough for the 2 of us and the bed is ridiculously comfortable. All the little extras (breakfast items, drinks etc) were so thoughtful and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again.

It could be a little noisy of a night time, but you would expect that in London. I must add, Lisa did leave some little ear plugs which was a cute touch.
