We have a great time in this apartment. Big enough for 5 people, very clean and comfortable. The stuff is very responsive and helpful, location is great:
7/11 below the building
2 min walk to family mart
2 min walk to Kuromon market
Huge supermarket in Kuromon
We didn’t use taxis/grab - all in around 5-10 min walk. Also not mentioned but it has elevator in case you wonder.
Definitely recommend.
