Compaired to a stay in another villa in September, this was very unpleasant.

The villa itself is on a good golf complex with a lot of facilities

Completely worn out interior. Smelly when we went in. We paid extra for sheets and towels that were still damp and had an unpleasant smell. We were told to lower the external electrical roller blinds no further than 1 meter from the floor as it would not rise again. That night we lowered it half way and it then failed, The rest of the holiday we had to bend under to get in and out. We were also told not to use the boiler on heating and water for too long as it would also fail. One of the remote controls for the tv/decoder had been chewed by a dog on some previous visit. It was taped together and was so very dirty we had to clean and disinfect it. The bath had 2 very large rust patches IN the bath!! The double bed is small and the sheets we hired had, lets say, seen better days. The villa next door was occupied (full time by a man alone and he had a large young dog. The man left for work at 6am and the dog started barking. also during the day when people walked by, Then at night around 11pm when the man came back, it started barking again.

PESADO, ASQUEROSO Y HORROROSO.

La casa era una pesadillia, se destroza la vacationes Navideñas en familia con dos niños. Las camas sucas y llena de manchas de sangre. Sabanas de verano del año 2000. Destrozado. Enchufes fuera de paredes. Moho en las paredes. La bañera con agujeros y gigante parches de oxido. Grifos llenos de cal y viejo y con mucho miedo de infectarnos con legionella. Polvo en todo los lados y telarañas .Depues de 3 dias el agua sucia no se baja y salir por todo los desagues. ( no ponermos nada en el wc que no se deve de poner) bates, lavabos, banera, lavadora, hast el lavabo de cocina. Se hinunda toda la casa. sea no utizable la casa y salimos adentro de la navidad y noche vieja.Una pesadilla muy real. Cuando recibirmos el ok de Novasol por la compensacion por todos los gastos de alquiler y fianza etc. . Todavia espero reembolso de Novasol por el alquiler de casa y comisiones. Tengo demasido fotos i videos de las incidencias. NO ALQUILER ESTA CASA HASTA SE HACE UNA BUENA REFORMA.
