A nice hotel which I would stay in again. Very clean and good

The room was spotlessly clean and the location was great for visiting restaurants.

The bed was pretty hard but ok. There was no hot water for the shower in the morning.

We enjoyed our first visit to Zihuatanejo because Solez Hotel was such an enjoyable place to be after a day at the beach

The pool, the kitchen, very little stairs, clean and very friendly, good value.

Wish it was closer to the beach, however it would probably be out of our price range then lol.

Decent accommodations and lovely grounds near the la Ropa. decent accommodations and

they pool in gardens behind the units are lovely. There’s good access to Laurel for beach.

The outdoor kitchen is barely functional. They use induction stove tops, but the pants are so cheap, warped, and probably not fully ferrous so it’s very difficult to cook.

It was very hard to find it! Had to ask three different hotels abd taxi drivers no one knew where it was

A nice property in a nice location.

Lovely building and grounds, extremely clean and tidy and very gracious staff. Gorgeous pool and very nice picnic tables in coveted areas. Great patios with fans.

Minimal amenities in small bathroom. Could have used some hooks or a shelf or a toilet roll holder. Not much counter space. Chaise lounges at pool not very comfortable - cushions slide right off them.

The property has a nice swimming pool, though it would be better if the temperature of the water were a little bit lower.

Great, relaxing vacation in a great and comfortable hotel.

Everything was great: the quality of the rooms, the common areas, the pool was warm, the gardens inside and the forest outside of the hotel. The kindness of the staff was awsome. Also, the hotel is well located near to the beach (less than 500 meters), near to a convenience store, but also far away from downtown, enough to relax.

I didn't find anything of dislike. It was exceptional.
