Location is very good. Value for money is assured, Manager is kind and customer savvy.
Food needs improvement. South Food/breakfast was good.
North Indian dishes need big improvement in terms of quality; the taste is poor, and also a bit pricey.

The location of the property is really good, it’s a beach facing hotel. Rooms and Bathrooms were clean and tidy.
I did not like the thing that the hotel doesn’t have a proper restaurant , they do serve sometimes but with very limited options (1-2). But what they serve was good. You have to either order from swiggy or zomato from near by restaurants.
They don’t serve you lunch as well. So if you plan to stay at the hotel and not go out, you will have to depend on swiggy or zomato.
No room service after 5 pm since the shift ends. That’s what i was told. And no complimentary water bottles, you will have to pay extra. They will serve coffee / tea only if there are other customers at the facility. Else you are on your own because if there aren’t many people, even the chef will go home at 5pm.
So I had paid 8k for 2N/3D . That’s not worth it!
All in all i would rate 6.5/10. Just because there’s no proper food facilities.

very homely atmosphere. Beach is hardly 20 steps away. Food is delicious.
adding following an MC things would improve tourist’s experience significantly :
1. power fluctuations due to which there were lots of AC disturbances
2. in house restaurant. Currently food options are very limited.
3. Electric kettle was missing.
It was very difficult to operate the bathroom flush
