Wie sind glücklich an die Ostsee gefahren und wurden enttäuscht von der Ferienwohnung.
Die Lage ist super.
Küche war Ok
Ich muss ehrlich sagen, ich bin mehr als enttäuscht.
(1) Es geht schon bei der Nachbuchung um einen Tag los. Wenn ich mit verschiedene Mitarbeiter kommuniziere und verschiedene Meinungen zur Buchung gibt. Und ehrlich gesagt, wurde ich für Blöd erklärt . erst die 3. Mitarbeiter hatte Ahnung dass man den Tag nicht mehr bei Booking nachbuchen kann und hat es manuell ermöglicht.
(2) Abholung des Schlüssels in beruhige Zone. Leider bin ich an keiner Sperrscheibe vorbei gefahren dass habe ich auch 2 Tage lang geprüft. Wenn ich nicht mehr zurück komme erwarte ich um eine Hilfestellung und nicht so einen Spruch wie ,, ich hoffe sie sind nicht aus dem weißen Auto Ausgestiegen``. Bis dahin wusste ich noch nicht um was es geht. der Nächste Spruch ,, dann viel Spaß beim rausfahren`` . Punkt und keine Hilfe Wieso ? Hilft man da nicht. Hauptsache Fremde doof machen :-(
(3) kein Parkplatz Stande in der Beschreibung. Aber korrekt wäre gewesen wenn man den Vermerk macht 500m entfernt gibt es eine kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeit.
(4) Sauberkeit :-( Oh gott , ich habe noch nie soviel Endreinigungsgebühren bezahlt wie für diese Ferienwohnung. Dann finde ich eine dreckige Wohnung vor. Für Allergiker wäre es eine Katastrophe gewesen. Gläser wurden dreckig in den Schrank gestellt, Unter dem Sofa war eine extreme Staubschicht --> mehrere Wochen nicht gereinigt vielleicht sogar Monate. Sofa dreckig
(5) kein normales Fernsehen, sondern nur regionale Programme oder ARD, ZDF.
