Everything was so amazing that I can't even choose what I liked the most. The staff is hands down incredible, the pool is so good, lots of sun during the day, the rooms were pretty cute and clean and the food was delicious. Best place no doubt!!

Likes: the pool, greenery, the staff was nice and helpful
Upstairs rooms had awful noise from the nearby shortcut. And who put green glass on the windows? Gives pretty nasty shade to the whole room. Asked for a downstairs room then.
Awfully old towels, sheets and pillows. Dirty with old stains. Asked to change my blanket, it looked like it's been through a lot.
No soundproofing in Jogo rooms. Holes in the walls, you'll hear everything.
And don't take their scooters - they're old and scratched. Their massage is also pretty bad.
And please make "cleaning/no cleaning" plates for the guests to display outside, it's annoying when you're resting and someone shouting from the outside of you need cleaning. Also, if this hotel is displayed as a 4star, the cleaning must be done daily.
