The room is clean, the view from the room is just amazing. The location is strategic, just next to Balaikota, near to Museum Angkut, Jatim Park 1 and 2.
But the most special about this hotel is its hospitality. Pak Bayu and family are so sincere and wholeheartedly serving the guests. I couldn't thanks enough for their help.
Will return to this hotel whenever I visit Batu again.

Even though language was a barrier the owner is a good-hearted person. We arrived early in the morning and we immediately checked-in, even though checking in was at 14.00. He even offered us his motorbike in case we wanted to go around the city.
The room was fine, as it had Aircon and warm water to shower. Nothing fancy but for us was ok.

Great value for the price
Beautiful views of the mountains
Bed is comfortable
Host is a very kind and helpful person. We decided to go on a walk with our baby, he came after us 5 min later with umbrellas because it started raining. Small gestures showing their hospitality
Not a bad review per se because it is written on the reservation, but they only take cash payment. Be prepared to bring cash
