Amazing property, stunning views. Excellent facilities, very good value for money.
Nothing not to love.

Loved the location, loved the space and layout.
We couldn’t get the jacuzzi bath to work, and it took me until the last evening to work out how to amend the heating as we were cold at night, so maybe some simple instructions would be helpful 😊

I absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was spotlessly clean, I’d say out of all the places I’ve stayed, Seagull sanctuary is exceptional as regards to hygiene standards. The view from the balcony is fantastic where you can watch all kinds of sea birds and I even had the honour of watching a seal diving and resurface for 30 minutes one morning. The location is perfect, beautiful walk to Wells next to Sea Beach and to be able to explore the town behind the apartment also and Norfolk coastal path.
One of the mattresses in the room overlooking the bay is very uncomfortable and really does need replacing. I tried to sleep in it on the first night but it really hurt my back.
The netting around the balcony is unnecessary and it is also very cruel if a pigeon, seagull or any other bird should get caught in it. Also it does somewhat detract from sitting out on the balcony and looking at the views.

Very well equipped and comfortable furniture and beds. Exceptionally clean and great location. Good communication re entering property and where to park in wells.
