The location, the rooms are clean, it has a kitchen where you can cook and everything you needed to cook is there. They also have sari sari store. It’s a budget friendly for large group or for family.
The beachfront is rocky but has beautiful view, and it’s just a walking distance to the white sand beach.
nothing, it’s just too windy when we were there but overall is perfect!

Beautiful ocean view. Nice walk on the white sand beach.And also close enough to see the wind mills.
Too far away to drive from where we came from..Would be nice if towels are provided in which we expected it to be.

The property is not yet fully furnished but the rooms were nice and comfortable. There is a small television, an air conditioning and a toilet inside. There are grocery stores that has pretty much everything that you will need. There are kitchen utensils which you can use for cooking or you can order food from them in a very affordable prices. The property is just few steps away from the sea shore.
I think the property once fully furnished will be a great place to stay so I hope it will be developed soon. It will be nice if the owner will add towels and toiletries and maybe new kitchen stuffs if possible for those who are a bit meticulous. A little improvement on the cleanliness will be marvelous. Although it is located by the sea shore, you need to walk maybe around 300 meters to reach the best swimming spot. The place itself was hit by the pandemic and a strong typhoon and just starting to get back on their feet again.

Clean rooms, very easy access to the beach
When we arrive they have a party going on so the owner was not able to accommodate us properly and the room description/beds is quite misleading thus we ended up short of beds but the owner is very nice in providing us extra room.
There was a typhoon and we got no electricity on our first night, it gets too hot that we were not able to sleep and we had to wait until the owner gets up and we had to request as well to open their generator - didnt even check on us the evening during the power outage which was very unprofessional.
