Spacious, light and comfortable.
Great location, particularly for London Design Week.
The staff downstairs were helpful and friendly.
The fridge was a little dirty and there were dirty glasses in the cupboard.
There were also a number of silverfish bugs on the floor in the evening.
The next door apartment was very noisy with opening and closing the front door until about 1.00am

me and my friend woke up the next morning and the first thing both of us said was that the beds in each of our rooms were one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on!
honestly this property was excellent value for money. nothing about this stay that seemed worth criticizing

Instructions were clear
there was only 1 key and we were 5 people. The door itself could be opened from outside without a key if unlocked so basically we couldn't get in the apartment and leave the key in the box which would mean leaving the door unlocked so they should either give 2 keys or change the door lock and make it not openable from outside. The key situation was kinda annoying as 5 people had to always sync for the key.
In many Airbnb's we stayed in other countries - there were always some snacks or tea/coffee etc. but this facility didn't provide anything it was an empty kitchen.

It was a pleasant and spacious studio and the bed was comfy.
No tea and coffee provided which seems crazy at £150 a night. Also no hand soap, despite me highlighting this hadn't been provided and them saying they would bring some. So I was washing my hands with washing up liquid (which in itself was mostly water). The toilet and shower head looked like they hadn't been descaled in years.
There was a small corridor inside the apartment leading to the main area with a motion sensor light. Unfortunately when anyone else approached the next door apartment this light came on, which was a little disconcerting but also the light disturbed me multiple times in the night as although there was a door in between it was right by the bed.
The sofa was rock hard so although pleasant on look and feel it wasn't brilliant overall.
Good potential but wouldn't stay again unless significant changes made to the place.
