Clean value place

Paper thin walls; can hear steps and sound from other guests. Will stay again, bringing earplugs

The location was good, only a 40min drive to the head of Mt Washington trail. The hostel is small and cozy. The room instructions we received were super clear, I appreciated that.

The room could've been slightly bigger, and the bathroom could've definitely been cleaner. Other than that, everything went well, we were happy with the facility!

My partner remarked "I was prepared to be underwhelmed, but it's actually a-ok". The room was spacious enough, with a spare bed as well as the queen bed. There was a window A/C unit, though we actually just used the fan since it was in the 60s overnight. The kitchen was well equipped, we microwaved dinner and breakfast there, and brewed coffee. The shower/bathroom was clean and well stocked with supplies. We got an extensive text message with instructions before arriving, helpful. It was quiet, and we hardly saw another person, even though Booking said it was booked out.

Location is nice. But the rooms are small which is okay considering the cost, but there is not enough ventilation. I had to open the window which opened on a stairs so can’t open fully. I only opened it 5%.
