The building is extraordinary and I liked the privacy of the bed. Also, the location is very good. In the heart of the center.

Excellent location in the historical center, with bars, restaurants, ATMs nearby. A really nice looking old stone building, with clean and numerous showers.
Since its the city center and Mexico, expect street noise pretty early because the dormitories give onto the avenue. Also, there is no kitchen and no atmosphere, this is a sort of hostal where people dont even make eye contact. I was surprised that my locker was shared with another bed. Its a bit randon, some lockers are individual, some are not...

This is more of a place of workers getting a cheap bed. The management who make decisions of how to run this place is extremely wierd and you'll feel it with everything..
Only good thing was the location.
Lockers: those ppl don't understand the purpose of lockers. Imagine you must share a locker with someone you don't know. Like, they can solve it with a pice of wood and screws
SHOWER & TOILET DOORS!!
Sonthey can't put a simple lock on doors despite all the bad reviews of guests complaining. It just show you how disrespectful they are.
Staff: when I checked in the lady was so much not service oriented. You could see how she hate her job.
Bathroom in the morning looked like prison gang meeting, including the 50 yo seniors.
Not clean!! Towel had ugly marks of yellow and blood. DISGUSTING
Don't let the photos of the only photographed spot to fool you. A place which don't have locks on bathroom doors is disrespecting you.
