Property Description Cross Creek 200 is a big, comfortable condo with 3 bedrooms, 1 full and 2 half-baths, located in the heart of Frisco on the Ten Mile River. Sleeps 8. This end unit has lots of light and extra windows. Ground floor entrance, attached 1 car garage and second floor bedrooms. Walk right out the deck door to the river. Comfortable seating in the living room that features river rock wood burning fireplace, flatscreen, free WiFi and cable. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of prep space and a large kitchen bar that seats 4. Dining table with outdoor views seats 6. Private south facing decks overlook the river and Mt. Royal. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Two entrances, one on each floor. Bedding ~ Queen, private bath, flatscreen, deck in master ~ Queen, private deck in 2nd bedroom ~ 2 Twins, flatscreen in 3rd bedroom. Shared hall bath for guest bedrooms. ~ Queen Sofabed in living room has a half-bath off the kitchen. Amenities Beautiful clubhouse with indoor-outdoor heated pool, 1 outdoor hot tub, 1 indoor hot tub, sauna, billiard and foosball tables and a lounge area with fireplace and wet bar. Complex grill and picnic table on river. For larger gatherings there is also an outdoor picnic grove and grill area. Parking You may park 1 car in the garage. 1 additional overflow surface parking spot (first come, first served) can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs. Location Just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Vail. Just 3 blocks to the Free Summit Stage bus stop that connects all resorts and towns and can give you a quick ride just a few blocks to he heart of Main Street. Easy drive or walk to Main Street shops, restaurants and nightlife. Just minutes away from Whole Foods, Safeway or Natural Grocers on Summit Boulevard in Frisco. The Summit County Recreation/Bike Path is just across Main Street. A beautiful and convenient location. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Master bathroom tun could not be used as a tub. Worse, the tub even when used as a shower as per the piece of paper attached to the wall leaked water down into the microwave and a light fixture on the floor below. This is a serious safety issue which the management and the owner obviously knew about hence the laminated paper attached to the wall in the bathroom. Besides this there was garbage in the bathroom as well as toilet paper in the toilet. Mold on the ceiling tin this bathroom. There were numerous other minor issues with maintainability. Besides the unit, the hot tub was kept so hot I could have cooked in it (no one used it).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is amazing! It is a 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain, where we skied 4/5 days. The kitchen is well appointed. We liked the 3 separate rooms upstairs. It was nice to have a garage to pull our car into so we didn't have to clean snow off in the morning.
It could definitely use some updating. The beds were not comfortable; the carpet very warn. The thermostat on the main floor and master suite were terrible...we had a hard time getting it a comfortable temperature; it was either hot or cold.
