The location was very good and convenient. It is close to many famous eateries and also to the bus stops. The room rates are also very affordable. It is also quite quiet. Complimentary water are also provided. There is also free Wifi in each room.
The rooms are a bit old but still bearable. The water heater took a while to get the water hot. The AC in the room don't seem to work very well and I ended up with a very chilly room in the middle of the night.

No breakfast included. Room was ok but very basic.
There was no daily room cleaning or maintenance.
The rooms are not made up daily. They wanted to charge us for an extra blanket. No wash cloths are provided and the trowels were barely adequate.
Sadly there was a constant smell of sewer gas in our and in the corridors. Corridor carpets are very stained and worn.
