This house, situated on Lake Mulwala is an absolute water front holiday home with two private jetties and a private boat ramp.

The property has an abundance of room to park cars boats and jet skis, play cricket or footy or just lounge around by the waters edge.
There is also a 3 seater kayak with two oars you are welcome to use and kids absolutely love.
The property has a serene outdoor living and entertainment space with a massive BBQ an outdoor fridge and 2 separate outdoor settings overlooking Lake Mulwala.
Large open plan living downstairs, 75 inch smart TV with premium Netflix account, an expansive verandah upstairs, its very hard to be bored.

The house was a great size for our family of 14 and well stocked with utensils, crockery, pots and pans for a large group. The house is quite old and in need of some maintenance. Lots of parking for cars and the jetties and boat ramp were handy but not very user friendly for mooring the boat to the jetties.

Air con good, king bed had spring out the side mattress, grass wasn't mowed, lake view was great, tv upstairs don't work. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, the property was ideally located with an excellent boat ramp and two jetty’s. The house is older than expected and needs a fresh coat of paint and a thorough cleaning inside and out. There is cobwebs everywhere and has obviously been neglected for some time. It’s an okay house but don’t expect too much.
