The hotel is located inside a little pocket on the road. The little pocket is located a short distance from an area with lots of restaurants and convenient stores. The staff are welcoming and the hotel supplies fresh fruit and snacks on arrival to the room. Bottles of water were also replenished daily. There is also a robot to deliver takeaway to the room. Takeaway boxes are also offered with breakfast if you run out of time.
The hotel isn't disabled-friendly. Stairs lead up to the entrance with no ramps. The hotel is incredibly small. Whilst it offers a laundry, its laundry consists of 2 washers and dryers, which failed to dry summer dresses after 60 minutes. The rooms were not very clean, with hair inside the shower, presumably from the previous guests. Hair from the shower was also not cleaned the next day after the room was made up. Limescale build up in the shower and within the bathroom was ridiculous. The tap was also sticky with stains inside the basin. The towels were yellow and so thin that I had trouble drying my hair with 1 towel. The pillowcases and duvet were also yellow with various stains. If not included, breakfast is 48rmb per head for a basic spread. Not recommended if you BYO breakfast or go out for breakfast, though most breakfast places only open from 9am.
