El departamento en si es hermoso, cada ambiente, te invita a estar y disfrutarlo. Y por otro lado la ubicación. Es inmejorable, ya que estás ahí nomás de Santa Croce y podés hacer hermosas caminatas ya sea atravesando la ciudad o cruzar el río Arno, dónde te encontras con vistas únicas, y por ende con experiencias, que siempre van a quedar estampadas en tu alma.
El único defecto, es que hay un departamento al lado, solo limitado por una especie de mampara de caña o algo por el estilo. El inconveniente (que no es grave) es que cuando las personas que están en el patio del otro departamento, se ponen a charlar, los sentís en la habitación.

Bright, spacious apartment with well-equipped kitchen and good air conditioning. Quiet street - we heard no street noise. Beautiful bathrooms. We hope to return next year.

Les check-in et check-out se font très facilement par des instructions qui nous sont envoyées lors de l'enregistrement.
Bien que l'appartement soit situé dans le centre à moins de 15mn des principaux moments, le quartier ainsi que l'appartement sont très calmes. Nous sommes toujours en relation par mail avec Monika qui vérifie que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux. De plus, il est agréable d'arriver dans un appartement très propre avec une décoration sympathique.

Passable kitchen. Flat has a strange layout but a lot of space. Decent location.
Not a great experience. We booked for the kitchen and laundry facilities. The washing machine had mold on the seal and bleached several of my husband's shirts. Not very clean. Poor water pressure. Host was nice but some poor communication - partly due to Booking.com error but also seemed disorganized.
