Spacious apartment, great location, close to the shops, bus station in front of the apartment. Besides bathroom it also has another toilet. Col Rodella cabin 200 meters away and it has a free parking so the problem of the property not having it’s own parking is not that much of an issue. The view from the apartment is great. In general Campitello di Fassa is a very nice small town.
It could have been a bit cleaner, mattress is very hard. Isolation in the building is not that good so it was very noisy from the apartment above us

Comunicazione con l'host: una farsa. Via WA ci hanno detto "avvisateci quando state per arrivare" e ci risponde un messaggio automatico che erano in pausa. A valle della loro pausa, ovviamente, nessuna risposta. Avevamo chiesto se era possibile arrivare prima per lasciare i bagagli ma chi rispondeva ai messaggi non aveva idea che le signore delle pulizie, come abbiamo scoperto dopo, avevano già finito e saremmo potuti entrare prima. La comunicazione è stata estremamente NON professionale.
Cucina sporca: c'erano dei vecchi spaghetti secchi sotto la cucina che la mia cagnolino ha trovato subito.
La lavatrice in bagno la abbiamo potuta utilizzare dopo aver comprato la presa schuko che non c'era.
Il corredo della cucina ridotto all'osso: se cerchi un tagliere o qcosa che vada oltre le posate ed i piatti... lasciamo stare.
