Fantastic house in a location convenient to everything (beaches, food, shopping). Great amenities within the development (pool, tennis, playground). Plenty of space to spread out or bring friends, and a kid-friendly home and development. Wish we’d had more time to spend there! Scott patiently answered all my questions, and the house had everything we could’ve hoped for. It’s a tradeoff of being able to walk to the beach vs. being able to escape somewhere quiet and peaceful every evening to wind down after a busy day. This house is definitely the latter and was exactly what we needed.

We returned to this lovely home for a second year! So many nice touches and extras make this place a great value. Beach chairs? They got 'em. Bikes? There's four. And enough showers for everyone to get one after a day at the beach and still make it to dinner. We made use of the grill, gorgeous tub, and the two balconies with great views. Comfort, style and convenience all in one place. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. It was really nice to sit out on the deck and enjoy the pond and fountain. Scott was quick to respond to any questions we had through the week. A very relaxing vacation. Thanks!

This townhouse and the location were great! When we arrived and walked through the home, our first thought was this is even better than the pictures showed. It's very well kept and clean. It was nice to have the option of a beach day or a pool day (or both!). Pool was a short walk away! We had plenty of room and loved being able to sit out on the balcony, right off the living room/kitchen. We even got to see the blue heron walking around in the pond! Our son-in-law loves to cook and had everything he needed in the kitchen. Scott was very responsive to any questions that we had during the week and provided some local recommendations. All around, we made a great decision to rent this awesome townhouse.

The shower in the garage makes coming home from the beach easy. The deck off the kitchen is fantastic for relaxation at dinner time. We highly recommend this property to families or even to multiple families that choose to vacation together. The host was responsive, polite, and extremely helpful. One of my best interactions with a VRBO host!

We've been staying in Rehoboth for almost 50 years, and for most of that time resisted staying anywhere but within walking distance of the beach. We have come to love this location at Canal Pointe - it's close to the Junction-Breakwater biking trail and has nice amenities like the pools and tennis courts. You can take some back roads to the Route 1 outlets and grocery stores, and the beach and Rehoboth Ave shops are just minutes by car or bike. This house was impeccably clean, stylish, and very spacious. Our group of ten adults fit nicely, with room enough for family dinners and fun game nights on the comfy couch off the kitchen. The house has three different living rooms (where some people actually got work done). We made sure to make use of the foosball table and luxurious tub in the master bedroom. There is also a nice bedroom to bathroom ratio :) Perhaps what we appreciated the most were the nice touches and extras that came with this rental - paper products, dish and bathroom soaps, hand towels, bikes, beach chairs, a few spices and condiments, and some basic food items that came in handy in a rush to make dinner after a long beach day. This is unheard of in most rentals!! We in turn left a few things for the next folks. The small fridge is great for storing beverages, there were TWO types of coffee pots, and the kitchen appliances were modern (although, the ice-maker couldn't quite keep up with our demand. Truth be told, none of them can). The only inconvenience, aside from the crippling and unpredictable Rehoboth traffic at this time of year, was the requirement to transport bagged trash and recyclables to a collection point by the main pool (not easily walked when carrying trash). You might want to to double bag and line your car seats for the trip - especially if you've got crab claws! We found out the hard way. This is perplexing, given that the single family homes on the street have curbside pickup. The spacious deck on the main floor provides a nice view of the pond and nighttime stars, but the neighbors renting next door took advantage of the apparent lack of smoking restrictions and made it all but unbearable to be out there. (Not something the owners can control, but just a heads up if you are sky viewers like we are). Overall, this was a beautifully furnished, thoughtfully equipped home with lots to offer. We hope to return!!

An amazing and incredible place! This absolutely delightful townhouse is decorated beautifully, and has so, so many extras. We used the bicycles every day (and yes, there were bike locks too). Went to the beach several times and took advantage of the beach chairs. The extra shower in the garage was key to cleaning off the sand afterwards. The kitchen is so well equipped – it was a pleasure to use good pots and pans, and dishes. Some vacation homes have kitchens equipped with stuff no one would use on a daily basis. Not 37325 Trent! The kitchen has excellent pots and pans, dishes, glassware – including lovely stemware. We took advantage of the pool and playground frequently too. Very close by. The beds are very comfortable, and again – bedrooms are charming. Lots of extra pillows too. We loved the baby gates since we had a 15-month-old with us. The board games came in handy too (on that one drizzling day). A very important fact in my book: you don’t have to go on the coastal highway to go to the boardwalk beach. The highway is so very busy and it is key that this place is situated in an area that sidesteps it. (For downtown anyway.) Many places are walkable: we walked to one of the outlets, and to Revelation Brewery. Diana and Scott were extremely helpful and responded quickly when I reached out to let them know I hadn’t followed through on requesting linens. And their messages prior to arrival were also helpful: where to turn to avoid traffic, places to go with children, etc., etc. I highly recommend this five-star townhouse!

We loved the house. It was spotless, well stocked and a convenient location to bike ride or drive to town within 10 minutes. It was the perfect space for our family of four and two guests. There was plenty of space and so many nice touches. We would highly recommend!

It was filled with books and toys for children, including outdoor play and beach toys. It even had a booster seat for our eighteen year old. It also had lots of beach chairs and umbrellas, which we didn't use because we had our own and of the weather -- but they were nevertheless nice touches. My elderly father also enjoyed using one of the bikes to ride around the peaceful neighborhood (which had a playground a five minute walk away). We had an excellent stay in Rehoboth and were so happy to be nestled in this beautiful home for the week. We enjoyed having the house bikes available, especially with the trailhead to Lewes just down the street, and the games, foosball table, video streaming, and books gave us plenty to do when we came back from our daily outings.

The home is pristine (as if newly renovated) and feels very modern, clean. The WiFi was great. No issues supporting everyone on their mobiles, smart TVs and 3 people having to connect to work throughout the day. Bathrooms are nicely spaced throughout, and even with 11 people, there was never a problem with accessibility. The living area (second floor) was wonderful for lounging, napping, cooking, eating and socializing without ever feeling cramped. The master bedroom (third floor) has an almost spa-like bathroom, and private outdoor balcony as well. The third floor is carpeted and something about how it’s situated just lets you feel like you could get away from the rest of the house for a few, which was such a treat. The garage is fully stocked for beach days with sand toys, bikes, beach bags, push-carts, etc. The beach toys, especially, were great since they took up too much space to pack. There’s also a garage shower which was super convenient. The pool is a 3min walk (there is another one in the community, but a 3min drive away and in a wooded area, so we preferred the pool nearby) Rehoboth beach was approx a 5min drive, and Lewes was approx a 13min drive. During Covid, they have extra rules in place at the pool: 3 people per key fob (kids included), and bring your own chairs to the pool, as well as the pool shuts down for approx. 15min every 2 hrs for cleaning (would be nice to maybe have a pool schedule at the house, with a map of the community). Everyone at the pool respected the distancing mandate and we all still had plenty of space to enjoy. On the main road, there were 3 supermarkets w/i a 3min drive, tons of shopping, and a liquor outlet. There are several bike paths in the area that are as short as 4mi, or as far as the Lewes/Dewey beaches. They were a great ride, mostly level ground, and the woods provided shade. We tried one night of grilling, which was set up (just required some cleaning) but ran out of propane midway through (not sure if it’s safe to keep spare propane tanks nearby, but that would be a nice update, or at least some way of identifying if more propane was needed). The owners always responded within min over email, the app and/or texts. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy family getaway, or a multi-family get-together. This home is beautiful. Convenient and comfortable for going out and staying in.
