We have had some dumpers the last few VRBO stays, but this one made me so happy I teared up when we walked in. The listing was correct, nothing was photoshopped or misrepresented. It was so clean, lots of directions, clear list of expectations, and everything worked perfectly! Fridge was cold, water was hot, hot tub was clean, beds were clean, space was functional. You’re very close to the club house and can easily walk over even with coolers and toys. Four adults, three kids, plenty of options for lounging and playing. We would love to return! No complaints at all.

I will say up front that the overall accommodations met my expectations. If this listing either fixes the pool table or does not make it a prominent feature of the rental, I would give them 5 stars. I would also recommend that the parking description be more accurate. To get the parking feedback out of the way before moving on to the pool table, the description for the parking is 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There are locked cabinets in the garage that take up space so anything larger than a sedan will not fit. I had a full size SVU that was too long to fit in the garage, even at an angle. The driveway is also not wide enough to fit 2 full size vehicles because of the snow piles. As for the pool table, that was what stood out when I rented the place. The condition of the table and cues were horrible. I have been to some seedy dive bars and have never seen a table in such bad condition. The front and rear bumpers were completed crumbled. It was more like bean bags on each end, instead of bumpers. There were plenty of cues in the racks and closet but all but 2 had missing tips or the sticks were broken. The 2 with tips were warped. The lighting was also very poor above the table. The light is a 3-bulb ceiling mount style that is at least 15 ft high, and one bulb was burnt out. I looked at the previous reviews and see that there is a trend on the pool table conditions. In January 2018, Will M. mentioned that there wasn't enough light above the pool table. The host acknowledged that they would see that they could do about the lighting over the pool table. Again, in June 2018, Tina C. also mentioned the poor lighting. The host did respond to the overall review but did not mention the lighting. In November 2021, Morgan N. commented, "Only let down was the pool table, which was a selling point for us - the pool table needs some love: it needs new bumpers, new felt, pool sticks (tops were missing or not in good condition) and it was not level, was not able to enjoy playing like we planned". Finally, in February 2022, Denise E. mentioned that the pool table and cues still needed some repairs. I'm sure this review will come across as petty, but I do feel it is worth pointing out.
