You'll find access to the boardwalk, the Discovery Trail, and Long Beach's famous 28 miles of soft silver sand just steps away from this condo. Nature lovers can scan the nearby dunes for ducks, deer, and other wildlife. Take the scenic five-mile drive to Cape Disappointment State Park, where you'll find the North Head Lighthouse and the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center. Affordable deep sea fishing adventures can be found three and a half miles away in the town of Ilwaco - the so-called Salmon and Sturgeon Capital of the World! THINGS TO KNOW No BBQ's are permitted at this property. Guests of this condo have access to parking space #18. Additional parking is available first-come, first-served, in any open space not marked reserved. This is located on the third floor and there is an elevator. There is a cart for luggage in the laundry area. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I looked at dozens of places to stay in Long Beach before I chose this one. Perfect view of the ocean and about as close as you can get to the beach. Extra clean and had everything you need for cooking. Beach theme decorations were a fun plus. Only issue was the streaming TV service with no movies without commercials but not a big deal. Sun came out on Sunday and walked the beach for over 3 miles. Thanks for everything

I stayed here with my pup over Christmas 2023, and I swear my blood pressure went down at least 30%. They decorated the place up for us, its was cozy and comfortable and we will be back. So very relaxing, which is exactly what I needed.

This was a great place to stay. Easy access to the beach and easy walk into town. The home is very well stocked. The kitchen has everything you’d need and nice appliances. Tons of movies, games and stream TV. Fantastic view of the beach. My only gripe was the bedroom and master bath. Both had ample storage. Unfortunately every single cupboard and drawer was full of linens, pillows or were locked. There was 1 open shelf in the bathroom and a luggage rack available and a bar with several hangers for clothes. I don’t like living out of a suitcase when I’m on vacation. We’ll be back though, we loved every second.

From the moment we opened the door we felt at home. The owners of the condo have thought of EVERYTHING! But the best part are the swivel recliners! I could have spent the entire day in them watching the ocean waves and amazing sunsets! We had a great time strolling the boardwalk, getting coffee at the Kraken coffeehouse, donuts at Dylan’s Bakery and eating Castaway’s famous fish & chips! We even had time to make the trek over to Astoria to climb the Astoria column and to makes a quick stop at both the Cape Disappointment and North Head lighthouse! Thanks for allowing us to make lifetime memories!! We will be back (from Phoenix, AZ)

This was a nice place to stop on our road trip from WA to CA. It was clean and spacious for two. I believe it would be great for a family of four as well! The living room had a comfortable Futon and a Murphy bed if you need it. The view was amazing. In the morning we watched a deer grazing in the grassy dunes while enjoying our coffee from inside the living room.

We had a FANTASTIC trip! The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Lots of nice touches like sand toys, kites, beach chairs and even a cooler. The place was clean, the location outstanding, and the views… well let's say I didn't want to leave! I can't wait to go back.

We have stayed in several around the area and this is our favorite. Although it's a one bedroom it is set up like 2 bedrooms. It works perfect for our teen and her friend. The owners have thought of everything to make you comfortable. Thank you!

Easy walk to beach, boardwalk, Discovery Trail, and town (bakery ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). Nice place, good bed. We didn’t cook, opting to eat out every meal, but the kitchen looked well-supplied.

This is a beautiful condo. The views are awesome. Even when the weather outside is dicey you still have a beautiful view of the ocean and the turmoil in the sky. Everything you could possible need is available. You can cook with easy because everything you need is in that kitchen. You can tell the owners like to cook. It was an enjoyable weekend.

The owners thought of everything guests might need…from a great cart to bring up our suitcases to beach chairs, deck chairs, binoculars, games, more than enough kitchen necessities and extras…even had corn on the cob skewers. Loved the swivel recliners to look out at the ocean or watch tv… plenty of choices of things to watch - dvd’s, Roku channels. We and our doggies had a great stay.

This condo had all of the comforts of home. Comfy bed, wonderful view, furniture was updated and not worn out. They thought of everything sand toys, beach towels, dog blankets for furniture and even a hand cart to transport luggage to and from car. We will definitely be back.

We loved everything about this condo! We travel a lot and I really think this was the best equipped condo we’ve ever stayed at. The furnishings were wonderful and the attention to detail was incredible. It was immaculately clean and adequately supplied with anything we could possibly need. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean as well as walking the path to the beach. Our Cavapoo Archie loved it as well! Thank you. We will be back!

Overall an awesome Condo in a great location and well thought out arrangements for a comfortable stay. Quick walk to the beach etc. Only downside is the floors in this building seem to be very thin. Kept awake for 2 nights by constant banging and running noises from a kid in the unit above us. (Also doesn’t help when this kids parents seem to be in no control even after a mention of the constant noise!) Other than that it was a great place to stay.
