The island, house and location were truly perfect! One could never get tired of the beautiful view that greets you each and every day! I highly recommend this house for a once in a lifetime vacation. Best trip ever. I don’t even know where to start because everything was perfect!! The house has EVERYTHING. We were even able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal as the kitchen is stocked. The owners and house manager Lynda were so helpful and communicated with us every step of the way. Exuma beaches and water is unbelievable. We can’t thank you enough for making our trip so memorable. We will definitely be back!!

This house is exactly how you see it in the pics and how its described. AND, it has the best amenities of any house I've ever stayed in...including Yeti's!!! I highly recommend this home, and the location was superb, especially with the new Tim's on The Bay just a short 4 minute walk away!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Oceania! The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything we could have wanted for our stay. The kids loved all the pool floats and paddle boards. The adults loved all the extras in the kitchen like the Panini press, ice maker, and all the cooking utensils. The bedding was so luxurious and comfortable. The house is exactly as pictured on VRBO and such a lovely home for our stay. We will definitely be back for another visit!

One of the best views you could ask for. Close to the airport, too. The property manager was very accommodating. Home was very well laid out. A lot of thought went into this property and it shows. This trip was a guys trip for 50th birthday.

We absolutely loved our time at Villa Oceania! The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 9. It was super clean and well stocked. There were so many great “extras”- kayaks, paddle boards, towels, spices, coffee, ice maker…the list goes on. Here are our suggestions for the next guests: bring laundry pods, bug spray, and any food you can bring from home. The groceries on the island are expensive, and a taxi into town will run $40 each way. Our group bought a week’s worth of meat (steaks, chicken, hamburger, lunch meat, etc) and packed it frozen into a checked suitcase. When we arrived, everything was still frozen, and it saved us a ton of money. Next time, I’d bring even more groceries from home if possible. You can also use Lynda to shop for you, but we didn’t know exactly what we were going to want until we were there. Overall our trip was fabulous and I’d go back in a heartbeat! I’d recommend Villa Oceania to anyone interested in staying on the island. Can’t wait to come back!

Just an AMAZING property in a great location, on a great beach (one of the best in Exuma), with great amenities, and plenty of toys. Kick back and relax or play outside. The only problem you’ll have is leaving!

We had the best week in Exuma! First of all, the pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the home is! The view from the living area out to the pool and beach is amazing. The location was central to many restaurants, stores and activities on the island. We couldn’t get over how private the beach was. We only saw a handful of people the whole week.
The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need and more. There was also an abundance of floats, beach chairs, sand toys, and water activities to keep everyone entertained.
Jay, Melanie and Lynda were all very responsive and helpful during booking and our stay on the island.
We are already planning our return!

Villa Oceania was amazing!! The location is so convenient on the island. It’s a short drive from the airport, but we never once heard a plane. Being directly on the beach was a treat! We only saw a couple of other families on the beach the entire week! The house is stocked with kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, and lots of floaties! An outdoor shower made cleaning up after the beach so easy! Amazing pool with lots of outdoor seating. House is perfect for 2 families with 2 master suites and 2 rooms with 2 queens, also another private queen room! Kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials and there are leftover spices for you to use. Beds and bedding were so luxurious!
The owners were amazing to work with! Excellent communication prior to our stay and were very responsive to any requests we had! They even went above and beyond to have the property sprayed for mosquitos prior to our arrival!
We can not be happier with our stay at Villa Oceana and hope to return again in the future!

Villa oceania is perfection in paradise. Everything from communication, to accomodations, the view, the pool and even little touches like bandaids and slippers in the bathroom.
This was our 3rd time in exuma and i ann confidently say I will never stay anywhere else.

Villa Oceania was simply perfect for our family. It is a beautiful home on the most beautiful beach that we pretty much had all to ourselves. The kids loved the infinity pool. The house was very well appointed, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. We did not want for anything! The beds and bedding are super comfortable. The location is only a few minutes from the airport and conveniently right in the middle of the island which made it easy to get around. The power went out a few times so we were grateful for the generator - it didn't miss a beat. Lynda the house manager was lovely and took the best care of us. She met us at the airport, arranged grocery delivery and gave us a ton of great local recommendations. The owners were kind enough to check in on us during our stay. We all agreed this house was perfection!

This was our 2nd stay at Villa Oceania. The pictures just dont do it justice. The most beautiful and quiet beach, the view on the deck is amazing! The house comes complete with amenities so there is plenty to do!

My sister and my family had an amazing time. The house was perfect, the beach was gorgeous and private (there is an empty lot beside the house where some people use as beach access but not many so didn’t bother us). So many beach chairs, floats, etc…. We even walked about 30ish mins south on the beach and found the beach snorkeling spot with fish, conchs, shells, etc….Lynda was the perfect house manager and helped so much.

This was our third stay at Villa Oceania and it was just as perfect as our previous visits. From check in to check out everything was seamless. Being the third time we have visited Exuma we have had plenty of opportunity to explore the island. The location of the house and the beach cannot be more perfect than Villa Oceania. This house has remained as pristine as our first visit. We were here for a week and only saw 4 other people on the beach the entire time, it is your own private paradise.

My wife and I recently spent a truly memorable week at Villa Oceania. When taking a trip to a tropical paradise like Great Exuma, the weather can make or break the trip and we were blessed with incredible weather the entire week, which allowed us to fully experience all the amazing amenities the villa offers.
Communication with caretaker Lynda leading up to the trip was fantastic as she promptly answered every email sent to her. Because of our early arrival on island, Lynda was kind enough to not only let us drop off our bags but also set us up with beach chairs and an umbrella so we could enjoy the beach in front of the villa while her team completed turnaround, giving us bonus beach time on our day one. We also took advantage of the offer to have her shop for a few essentials so we would have supplies on hand for breakfast on day two. Also, due to a long travel day, we didn’t want to cook or go out for dinner. Lynda sent us the menu for Da’ Kitchen, a local restaurant that would deliver dinner to the villa. The food was excellent and we had plenty of leftovers for additional meals throughout the week.
The villa is truly spectacular. Whatever you need, it is there and then some, like a natural gas-powered generator that keeps the lights and the AC on during power outages that can occur on an island. We had two outages while we were there and the generator fired up promptly. The bottled water was another feature we loved and we kept the two plastic pitchers we found filled and chilled all week. The deck that runs the length of the villa is amazing, with multiple comfortable seating areas to relax and take in the views. The beds are comfortable and the bath towels soft and fluffy. The walk-in showers in the master bedrooms are lovely. The only negative issue we encountered was the inability to get hot water in the kitchen, which made clean up a bit more difficult but nothing that could not be overcome.
The beach is, quite simply, one of the best we have ever been on, including Grace Bay, Providenciales and Tortola, BVI. We saw maybe a total of 25 people on the beach during our stay. The pool is another element of the villa we loved and the berm in front of it provides plenty of privacy.

We stayed at Villa Oceania for 6 nights in April 2023. Everything about our stay was amazing! The house, the beach, the pool….everything is just top notch. When you throw in owners who are great communicators and Lynda who is a fabulous house manager, Vill Oceania is as good as it gets. We are looking forward to returning in the future!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The beach is very private and gorgeous. The home was ideal for 3 couples! Lynda (our host) was especially helpful and responsive. We explored parts of the island , north and south, and found many beautiful beaches and eateries. Lots of fried food … my only complaint is that I found the food to be mediocre..

I can't say enough good things about Villa Oceania!! This was by far one of the best vacation homes I've ever rented. The owners, as well as the house manager, were so incredibly accessible and accommodating!!! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is so well laid out, down to every last detail. Then there's the island... Great Exuma is heaven on earth. So much beauty to get out and explore... the beaches might be the best on the planet (in my opinion!) Very few people, not packed and touristy!!! A couple of must see places like Chat & Chill were busy, but well worth it!!! Local food is amazing, although we did enjoy shopping at the market and cooking at home some! Our private excursion with Sugar Adventure Company was epic. Several bucket list items checked off on this trip... swimming with pigs, sharks, stingrays, and Thunderball Grotto were so much fun!!The water color is better than any picture you'll ever see... so clear and full of life! If you're even considering a vacation to Great Exuma, book this house and don't wait! I can't wait to go back... it was just the reset I needed!! We had an amazing vacation in Exuma. The house was absolutely perfect in every way. It had everything we needed and it was super comfortable. We enjoyed walking out to the beach every day and relaxing by the pool. With small children it was difficult to explore restaurants in the area so we cooked most of the time we were there. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Lynda was so warm and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She had lots of helpful information about the area and she arrived on our last day to wish us well on our trip home. I would highly recommend the Beachfront Villa to other guests. You will not be disappointed.

Villa Oceania was everything and more. Lynda is awesome and super attentive. She was very patient with us while creating our grocery list. I highly recommend having her shop for you before you arrive. Things can be hard to find or they’re out of it. The boat comes in on Tuesday’s I believe. This was a family vacation. My Dad, my sister and her family of 4 and our family of 4. The layout was perfect!! Each family had a side(beds very comfortable) bathrooms were beautiful. My Dad took queen bedroom in front of the house which was perfect for him. We each brought one suitcase of non perishable foods which was a huge savings. Much of the food at restaurants we found to be fried or many restaurants were out of things. It didn’t matter if on the menu.We ran into this a lot. If you pick a first choice on a menu have a 2nd or 3rd because usually they’re out of things. We mostly cooked in. Kitchen was stocked. Vitamamix, 2 coffee makers, kuerig and regular as well as an expresso maker. Tons of plates, knives, pots and pans, spices and things left from previous renters. No ice maker though so you’ll needs bags of ice. 2 bags of reg. Ice at island prime was $25). We booked a tour through Aquaquest. Amazing day, they do an awesome job! We saw everything and swam with pigs, iguanas, they dive for conch and made conch salad on a sandbar. Such a great day! We did pig roast at chat n chill. $20pp for water taxi.. we used Elvis. If you have a car go to hoopers bay( little parking lot right after Island Prime on right. Beach entrance across from lot. Access to the beach is a bit treacherous for anyone having trouble with balance. The beach is gorgeous!! Walk to your right and walk down to the dock. Bring lettuce and you can feed the turtles and swim with them. They’re awesome!! The kayaks and paddle board were great! The sunrise is Amazing and the view from the deck is just unreal. We loved having morning coffee watching the sun rise. If having dinner at Blu, go for lunch. The views are amazing. Once sunsets… no view. Also, they close 4-6pm we didn’t realize and went too early. There are only a few things I’d recommend at house, ice cube trays and paint a yellow line on step on boardwalk leading down to beach. That step is easy to miss. My Dad took a bad fall because he missed it. He also thought a hand rail in hall shower and pool steps for people who need assistance. Thank you for bug spray! Other than that Villa Oceania was perfection. Thank you Jay & Melanie.

This was exactly as advertised and could not have been more perfect. The home is beautiful and very clean, and provides all the essential beach gear/toys needed for both entertainment and relaxation. The beach was peaceful and not crowded, even for a holiday week. We would not hesitate to recommend this property for a memorable vacation.

My fiance and I stayed with our immediate family including 2 children and it was an absolute dream! I cannot recommend this place enough. Melanie, Jay and their property manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was covered. We loved waking up to the water and the pool was amazing. We also booked a picnic with Odyssey Picnics for our intimate beach wedding and it was an unforgettable experience. Property was perfect and clean. Lynda the house manager was attentive and helpful. 5 minute drive from airport. Beach felt private. Waves are a little intense for <8 years old but still a great setup for playing in sand and tide. Outdoor shower was a great transition to the infinity pool. Plenty of towels/ linens/ dishwasher pods/ laundry detergent. Kitchen had everything we could need to cook. Laundry room has double washer/dryer which was great for laundering beach towels (they had 10+ available). House was set up with 2 wings- a primary suite with ocean views on each side + a 2 queen room. Then 1 queen room in the front of the house. We had 8 in our party, 2 families of 4, and kids ranging 2-8 years old and there was ample room.

This was our first trip to the Bahamas. We were so happy we chose beautiful Exuma! My husband and I traveled with our two adult children and their significant others. Their property was just as beautiful as it looked in the pictures., maybe better! Melanie and Jay were very helpful and made the booking process very easy. Lynda was the house manager, offering us services such as grocery shopping and booking our excursions. We took full advantage of the services, there are fees involved but in our opinion was worth it. Unfortunately we were there during Hurricane Nicole and the guys fishing trip was canceled and Lynda made it very easy to add the guys to the girls massages that were scheduled at the house. We took an amazing trip with Aqua quest escapes and went swimming with the pigs which was more than what we expected! Anton the captain was the best!!! He took us to swim in a grotto, snorkeled a plane that crashed , swimming with the pigs, swimming with sharks and took us to feed the iguanas and was a great guide for the island. He took us to a great lunch overlooking the water that was a Buffet of all the island favorites, it was great ! It is must to do in our opinion! We chose not to rent a car, Enoch was our transportation for the entire week. He was awesome!! We called him and he not only picked us up and gave us rides but sometimes delivered food to us and helped us get anything we needed on the island. Everyone we met was kind and friendly the food was amazing definitely check out EYC a Hidden jam. Shirley‘s fish fry on a Friday night was a great place to hang out ! We also went to chat and chill on Sunday and had a pig roast …. We had A few “off “days which we stayed and enjoyed the beautiful home pool and the beach. Melanie and Jay provided everything you would need to have a wonderful day on the beach or at the pool. We made friends and definitely want to return to the beautiful Bahamas and stay at Villa Oceana again!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our honeymoon. Everything was exactly as listed and pictured. The house is immaculate, beds are super comfy and they have everything you didn’t even think you would need.
Lynda the house manager greeted us at the Airport and brought us over to the rental car place then we followed her to the beautiful house (only about a 5 min drive). She showed us everything and even offered to arrange activities.
Also to our surprise Jay and Melanie the homeowners left us a bottle of champagne and a beautiful fruit platter and even arranged for a chef to come make us lunch during our stay!
Everything was wonderful, the beach has got to be the best on the island (we only saw 4 people the whole week) and the beach chairs they had for us to use were great!
We can’t wait to be back!

This is my 2nd stay at Villa Oceania and it’s my home away from home. This property has everything you could ever want and need! If you want to spend your mornings walking one of the most beautiful beaches and your nights sitting on the spacious covered deck listening to the waves and watching the stars then book this house. We have stayed out on Little Exuma before, but I definitely love the location of Villa Oceania better! Close enough to town, but you still have an amazing beach that was almost always empty the week we stayed in July. The house has a great layout for 2 families vacationing together. Loved everything about this house and will return as well as recommend this house to others!

Reunion Week in Paradise
We’ve been home for five days and only just beginning to come down from our week “paradise”! Your villa is wonderful and just as described on the VRBO site. You have provided everything needed for a family to live comfortably on vacation. Outdoor spaces surrounding the pool provided all eight of us room to spread out and enjoy our own bit of heaven in comfort. Many cooks in the group and all found the necessary tools to produce delicious meals. The family is in the process of sharing our numerous photos so that we can relive our glorious week at anytime. Perhaps another visit in the future?

Can’t beat the “private “ beach and the well stocked kitchen. This time, we brought our own meat to grill (hamburgers, hot dogs, and steaks)…which was better than the local grocery store.

Truly Amazing
So thankful that we found this place! Our time at Villa Oceania was spectacular. The water was stunning in iridescent turquoise. The white sand beach was quiet and very private. The home was clean, organized and well-appointed with special touches. We played in the ocean, snorkeled a LOT, swam with sea turtles, learned to scuba dive, and had an amazing private tour on the water. Cannot wait to come back!!
