One word. Amazing. It’s a house by a very intriguing owner that likes to share his paradise with others. He did not spare with quality of the facilities in the units as well.

The video of the sea from the bed is amazing! The place is great too, we decided to do a barbecue there and they had everything that we needed.

Easy road to reach the place.
Lots of restaurants on the way.
Very spacious room with stunningly comfortable beds.
The views are much better than on the picture.
Mini cold pool just on the deck that oversee the whole town.

View was superb
There is absolutely nobody to help with anything at the property. The owner lives above but is unresponsive and does not care at all. Despite telling him that the gas in our heater (yes there are cylinder heaters which seem too dangerous) is out and we are feeling cold, he did not respond nor bothered to send someone to help us out.
Moreover, the property has a million rules some of which seem unnecessary. “Don’t use the bath tub” being one of the rules- why mention it as a facility in your airbnb booking then?
The view was perhaps the only good thing about this property, but that is not enough to compensate for the lack of any help offered by the owner
The home being let out as individual rooms with common kitchen is also not such a good idea- the rooms are extremely tiny. The tiny kitchen space is not enough for 4 rooms together.
The owner is so rude that he has kept the sauna as an additional paid activity and even when you are okay to pay will force you for an advance cash payment or else he will not heat up the sauna. Absurd and greedy behavior.
I’d say there are better properties out there and better people to lend it from.
