Disappointing

The property manager was friendly.

We booked this apartment for a two-week stay, but the location was so disappointing that we left after just two days and had to book alternative accommodation. While the apartment itself was clean and up to standard, the surroundings were completely misrepresented in the listing. Instead of a holiday-appropriate area, the property is located in the middle of an industrial zone, inside an office building, with a view of a parking lot and a highway—none of which was disclosed. Nothing is within walking distance (the nearest spots are about an hour’s walk), so we were forced to scooter just to get around, resulting in unexpected extra costs. The misleading description and unsuitable environment made it impossible for us to stay the full duration. I would not recommend this place for a long stay.

L'appartement est parfait, le seul inconvénient c'est qu'il faut donner 200€ comme dépôt de garantie pour accéder au logement. Il faut prévoir de laisser cette somme!

Struttura elegante, in posizione tranquilla, molto pulita e servita di ogni occorrente necessario, lo staff gentile a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità.

La posizione un po’ scomoda per raggiungere i servizi principali, è fondamentale avere un mezzo proprio.
