Wonderful location, not too far from the town but far enough away to be peaceful. I saw so much wildlife! Special mention must be made for Wesley too, the gorgeous cat that befriended me within about five seconds and who now I really miss!
Hosts were lovely and very accommodating, and the room had more facilites than I was expecting so I was able to keep myself fed and watered without always needing to venture out.
All in all I'd very much recommend Church Farm for a peaceful retreat. Hopefully the other guests will be of the same mindset though, because I was woken at gone midnight the night before I left by some pretty rowdy people that weren't exactly conducive to the vibe!

Lady was lovely. Location was nice too, perfectly quiet. The bed was very comfortable so slept really well.
Unfortunately we had issues with the WIFI. On both our phones it said "connected without internet".
I was very much looking forward to riding a horse but was told that it had to be booked through someone else and also having a look around the farm at the animals but they wasn't there either.
There wasn't separate drinking water in the room we was told the tap water in the bathroom was fine.

Very welcoming host. Quiet Countryside location. Clean and comfortable barn converted into guest rooms. Tea & Coffee facilities & biscuits, fresh milk in fridge. Plenty of parking
Interior & bathroom is a bit dated but very clean so no complaints. Was on the higher end of the budget and didn’t include breakfast but the local pub had a very nice selection

Friendly welcome. The setting is beautiful. Useful and informative brochures and notes.
Convenient parking.
Outdated decor.
Could hear my neighbours television.
Room was cleaned every day but then smelled of damp dishcloth and my belongings moved around, which felt intrusive.
Bed was incredibly uncomfortable and some nasty stray matted hair was left in my sink.
I didn’t require breakfast but the only choice on offer was a variety cornflakes packet which I don’t eat.
