The location is excellent, and the house was good. The house was basically equip but was adequate for a short break. Was impressed by how prompt the contactable person was in getting a plumber out to sort the lack of hot water out and it was fixed promptly.
The house could do with a deep clean as its very dusty and the furniture could do with pulling out and given a clean. Also some of the pans could do with updating and some smaller glasses would be good. The windows and front door need cleaning as well. There was also a funny smell as you walked in the door and into the bedroom downstairs.

The layout, plenty of space, ensuite bedroom downstairs, basically the whole facility. Friendliness of the residents. Information folders. Quality of the beds, linen, pillows, and towels. Plenty of Hot Water, excellent Kitchen and utensils and more important having an ensuite walk in Shower.
No outdoor space to sit. No parking for a second car, within the car park. TV channels are very limited and no access to YouTube. Limited views of the scenery. This facility is not suitable for people with mobility issues, especially climbing stairs or wheelchairs access. No double handrail on stairs.

The property was clean on arrival and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect for our short break for two couples.
