It was close to the center and rail station, entry is keyless, apartment is modern, new, clean. We were on the first floor. Got coffee tabs, but unfortunately they were not for that coffee mashine š. Clean towels.
The door from our room was little loose, so we had to put a chair in front of the door so it wouldnāt make noise when other guests close their doors.
The area where the apartment is isnāt very clean, there is a lot of people on the streets sitting, talking, hanging around, it was a bit unpleasant.
The shower drain was a bit slow, so we had to stop showering to make water go.

We booked last minute, host directly sent us access infos. The room was clean and well organised. The location is great, near the airport shuttle and the center.

Location. Decor. How close the bus stop was. Local food spot open late. Bathroom was nice
Noise was bad. Rooms not soundproof. Could hear people in other rooms. Further, people waking up, and a regular repeating beeping noise?

Bus from/to airport is really close. Short walk to city center.
Location is bad, the neighborhood is ugly and feels a bit sketchy. I'm not saying it's not safe but it definitely does not feel like it. No staff on site and you have to do the check-in yourself on line. The room was full of mosquitos when we arrived. The fridge was never cold and was smelling really bad. You can hear every noise coming from other rooms. We had a guy singing all night and speaking very loud on the phone after midnight. For the price I would definitely not recommend this place. Thankfully we were only there for a few hours before an early flight. Honestly, Olbia is not even worth a visit, the city is definitely not representative of Sardinia.
