Very disappointing and extremely unwelcoming host!!

The owner made it difficult to like anything about the stay and property.

Horrible communications and once the property owner answered our 3rd call and multiple messages she told us she could meet us and let us in the property in an hour and a half. Check in was from 3pm on and we arrived at 6:30 pm nobody on the property. We left to get a bite to eat and finally got a message the owner will let us in at 8:30pm (background noise on the phone sounded like she might have been eat dinner at a restaurant or out at a bar). She arrived after 8:30 pm to let us in, no apologies, no introduction to property. I don’t recommend this property and question why she runs the property. Bathroom seems to be shared and down the hall. Dusty in the bathroom and bedroom.

Horrible experience!

When I arrived at the property, there was nobody. So it was a no show from the Owner side. I had no phone signal in that remote area. After about 20 Minutes I saw a Gentleman passing, who I asked if I can use his phone to call to owners and he agreed. I called the owners and they promised to be there within 20 Minutes. The man left and I waited after a 7 hour drive with my cat in the car for another 45 minutes before I requested to cancel the booking where I got the call from the owner shouting at me that they will be there in ANOTHER 20 MINUTES and that I won't get back my money. I haven't even got a response from Booking.com about it yet. I don't wish this happen to anyone in a foreign country in the middle of nowhere.
