Excellent host, very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. There was also complimentary welcome snacks and gifts when we arrived which was a great touch. Location is good, but a walk away from the main margate beach.

Really beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, lots of space and in an excellent location. The snacks and gift bags were really cute too, and I’d actually forgotten something that Lisa provided in mine too which was fabulous!
There’s a shop just up the hill which is handy, and loads of gorgeous places to eat in Cliftonville. Recommend the Dalby cafe for breakfast and Dosa palace for evening food, which are both within a 5 min walk away.
We had a game of chess from the great options for toys/games. Loved looking at all the lovely wall art, some cleverly created with interesting book covers.
We loved Margate, hope to back again!
Booked here looking forward to the outdoor area but there’s a no smoking sign in the outdoor terrace, so smoked on the front road rather than enjoying this space. That did mean we met two adorable local cats though, brothers Frasier (pictured) and Niles 😊.
Would happily use an ashtray and respect the outdoor furniture/astroturf but appreciate smoking isn’t everyone’s priority. Nothing else to mention here, we really loved the duplex!

Loved the space. The little snacks and extras were lovely 😊 My dad loved the kitchen! I liked the cosy feeling of the place.
The bed. Too soft. Made me feel like I was falling and barely slept. Also the remote control of the telly was shit.
