Centrally located in Les Houches, the 2nd floor studio places guests within proximity of the local amenities and ski slopes. The light and airy open plan living area of the apartment features a flat screen TV and DVD player, a music stereo, a double sofa bed and a set of child-friendly bunk beds. A modern kitchen diner for 2-4 provides a laid-back setting for breakfasts and carefree meals. Accompanying the flexible sleeping layout is a modern fitted family bathroom with tub and overhead shower. The studio apartment also benefits from a scenic private balcony, which is furnished with an alfresco dining set. Outside, the 3-storey residence offers ski storage and a garage for guests’ use, alongside a communal garden. Guests are conveniently placed in central Les Houches, 1 minutes’ walk away from Le Prarion cable car. Located 6 minutes’ walk away, the popular beauty spot of Lac des Chavants offers an ideal spot for fishing. Within a 13 minutes’ drive away, Chamonix boasts a wealth of ski and winter activities, alongside a buzzing resort centre with a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and bars are also on hand to whet the appetite. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries. Studio avec 2 petits lits superposés dans l'entrée et un lit canapé dans le mini living . La qualité de la literie est à revoir surtout si vous voyagez avec des grands enfants pour les lits superposés et le canapé lit est de qualité moyenne Superficie pour 2 personnes mais pas plus ou pour un court séjour comme nous Pas de wifi alors qu'Abritel annonce internet , l'agence a réglé le problème Vaisselle suffisante et gestion des draps et des lits prise en charge par l'agence Sdbain rénovée mais pas de prise de courant - cuisine rénovée aussi Ce studio nous a sauvé car la location que nous avions prévue à la mi mai a été annulée par le propriétaire 2 jours avant notre arrivée aux houches ! ET oui ca arrive avec Abritel !
