Ein tolles modernes serviceorientiertes Spa-Hotel

Neues Hotel mit exzellentem Service. Toller toller Spa. Hervorragendes Essen. Gutes Frühstück. Im Restaurant, in dem auch das Frühstück stattfand, ist der extrem professionelle Service besonders zu erwähnen: herzlichen Dank an alle, insbesondere an Raffaele :) Nachmittags gab es im Barbereich eine sehr nette Auswahl an Snacks. Toll möblierter Balkon. Angenehme Parkmöglichkeiten direkt im Parkdeck unter dem Hotel.

Größe der Suiten im Verhältnis zu Kategorie eher klein. Fitnessraum eher basic ausgestattet.

Not a 5 star stay

Staff very friendly and nice.

Rooms are not isolated, no bathroom doors so you hear loud noise anytime someone above uses bathroom/shower/toilet. Jacuzzi very cold. Food looks good but doesn’t taste great.

חרף התקלה בארוחת הערב - אשמח לחזור למלון בכל הזדמנות שתהיה לי בעתיד.

אהבנו כמעט בכל דבר שפגשנו במלון, החל מקבלת הפנים (צ'ק אין), ארוחת צהרים בראנץ (על חשבון הבית), מתקני הספא ברמה גבוהה ביותר והחדר גדול, נעים, נקי מאוד ומפנק.

ארוחת הערב - מאכזבת מאוד!!! לחברים הוגש אוכל קר, גם שביקשנו להחליף את המנה קיבלו מנה מלוחה ולא טעימה. המנה שהזמנתי (Seafood) הייתה לכאורה מנת גורמה, אולם קמצנית ביותר בתכולה: חמישה גלילי פסטה פאנה גדולים + רוטב דגים מזערי עם שלוש דוגמאות של מולים... במחיר מוגזם של 24 יורו. לא מתאים - לא הולם ולא מתחבר לאיכות הגבוהה שפגשנו במלון. מודגש! המלצר הראשי עשה את המיטב על מנת לסייע ואין שום דופי בשירות שנתן, אולם הגיוון ואיכות הארוחה טעונים שיפור. סתם תקלה מצערת וחבל!

Struttura nuova e ben curata, staff super gentile e disponibile. Cena e colazione abbondanti e ricercate, con anche differenti scelte. Trattamenti benessere molto apprezzati, così come le escursioni con la guida. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, da ritornarci sicuramente

amazing view , and relax areas. The lounge and restaurant views and services were very satisfying. especially must say about spa procedures I have done : massage and body treatments were done in a very professional way by Terapist Afrodite (her name).

One of the best hotels I have being in my whole life, the service is exceptional awesome, the food was great, and the facilities was great as well. Definitely going to back!

The bathroom of a family suite has no door, so for a family it's uncomfortable.

Everything is exceptionally good, the staff is so friendly and helpful! The spa is simply amazing, and the food is as good as in the best restaurants. I am a picky eater but I always found something to eat so that’s a big plus for me. For someone who travels with a dog, it was important for us that the staff helped us find a dog sitter for the time that we were skiing, which made our vacation much easier.

I wish the dogs would be allowed in the restaurant, maybe at least in a separate room, or a corner somewhere ☺️

A dream anniversary vacation

Service was above and beyond. The resort was beautiful, clean and new. Spectacular spa and amenities.

There was no way to control the room temperature. It was a little too warm for our liking, but we were able to open the patio door and let the cool fresh air come into the room.

Outstanding property, polite and helpful staff, great facilities, very neat and clean and most important it was kid friendly.

we were charged 5 euros for tap water at the restaurant. We should have been at least informed that for water you have to pay extra over and above the already paid meals.

2** Poor reception service / 4**** Facilities / 5***** Spa

Hotel is new, modern, with great large spa and wellness area.

We expected 5-stars service in such a hotel. But on the reception we had the most bad service we have ever experienced in our life and we visited many different hotels in many countries. Nobody welcome us on the reception, nobody asked us any question, wenn we arrived and didn't tell us nothing at all about hotel facilities, possibilities for our stay or similar. Reception staff felt uncomfortable to talk any other language, except italian. We tried with english and german. - very uncomfortable bed. If you will lay close to the edge, you just will fall down. It has strange soft edges - even the rooms are non-smoking, the guests can smoke at the balcony. Our room was often full with cigarette smoke, because somebody smoked at another balcony - one evening water was interrupting in the bathroom all the time, even stopped completely from time to time. It was not possible to take a shower. Next day we asked on reception, they told it was temporary problem. - breakfast is very poor for 5-stars hotel. - you can not choose place in the restaurant for breakfast. But we asked restaurant manager to find a better table for us. He was so kind to help us and gave us a better option, than we received in the beginning.

Best hotel and service we have ever experienced.

Our stay was fantastic! Our room was spacious, the view was incredible and we loved every meal that we had in the dining hall. The staff was extremely accommodating and was very helpful with any questions we had. In particular, our waiter, Mauro, was exceptional. He helped us with recommendations and helped translate for us when needed. If we are ever in the area again, we are definitely going to stay here.
