Beautiful property! We loved our stay so much that we changed our travel plans to stay longer on Aegina. Property is just as pictured and we recommend it completely. The design of having the 2 main bedrooms upstairs, and the kitchen/living space/half-bathroom at pool level, is very smart. Nikos is an outstanding and personable host, easy to reach if needed.
A few notes:
(1) you will want a rental car - there are a few places at the foot of the steep hill, but to properly explore easily, a car is a must. We used Giakas Rentals in Aegina town and very happy with them.
(2) we traveled as a couple, but note that 2 of the bedrooms are on one level (the upstairs, at entry level from the road) and both have their own full bath, with the bath of the primary bedroom holding the washing machine. The 3rd bedroom is at pool level (downstairs) with a separate exterior door, and feels basement-like - it is technically behind the kitchen and living space, mostly underground, and not connected by interior doors. It is probably the coolest place to sleep, but lacks the view of the others.
(3) The pool is even bigger than it appeared from the pictures! Note it is relatively deep. The shallow end is adult chest height.
(4) A few favorites:
(a) beachfront dining at Ammos - in particular the salads, daily specials, and grilled fish - with a husband/wife French/Greek team, you can’t go wrong.
(b) marina dining in Perdika - lunch at Aigokeros - omelettes perfect and the pours hearty (we’ve never had mastika served in a full glass before, and yet…).
(c) pistachios, best price/quality we saw is the growers’ cooperative kiosk next to the ferry pier in Aegina town. Price at ATH > 2x.
And last but most certainly not least, (d) our most memorable days of the trip were renting a small boat and getting out on the water by ourselves. We chose Sea Vibes, and our first day with the boat was so amazing that it was one of the reasons we stayed longer.

Super endroit ! L'accueil est excellent par Nikos et sa femme qui vivent juste au dessus et la vue est incroyable !
Cela ne nous a pas dérangé pour un voyage entre copines mais à savoir que la troisième chambre est séparée du reste de la maison : accès privé par la terrasse).

De villa is erg mooi gelegen. Vanuit de woonkamer, 2 slaapkamers en terras/zwembad is er een erg mooi uitzicht over de zee en eilandjes. Het huis is ruim en schoon.
De derde slaapkamer hebben wij niet gebruikt. Deze zit in een omgebouwde garage en heeft geen ramen. Deze kamer is alleen buitenom bereikbaar is. In de beschrijving was niet aangegeven dat deze kamer geen ramen heeft en eigenlijk geen verbinding met de rest van het huis heeft.
Tijdens ons verblijf was er een hele dag geen stroom. Hier kon de host niks aan doen (gemeentewerken), maar wel vervelend dat we deze aangekondigde stroomonderbreking pas bij aankomst hoorden)
