Overall it was a very nice property in a decent location. It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores.

I liked the convenience of where it was located and direct beach access was perfect!

Only 1 elevator worked, the pool has been under renovation for about 2 years and we didn’t have access to the washer and dryer in the unit.

favorite vacation i’ve ever taken i love PR

it was a nice sized place, super cozy & quiet. i thought it had more of a beach view but you see a tiny corner of the beach

the bar is never open it stayed closed the whole trip, the pool was not open but i was warned it wouldn’t be.

Excellent apartment to rent

The apartment was close to the airport, near a grocery store and restaurants and a cvs as well as the San Juan hotel. We did a tour and the pick up was at that hotel which was very convenient. The beach is gorgeous. The apartment has everything (dishes, beach chairs, towels, tv, internet, dining table, big walk through closet connecting the main room to the main bathroom). the decor is updated. The beds were comfortable. You can see a bit of the ocean from the balcony. it was easy to get an Uber. The reception desk helped us get a taxi back to the airport.

there is a little wear and tear on the walls/ceilings. The refrigerator smells like fish. The wasn’t a cookie sheet or oven wear that was big enough for a frozen pizza. There was no information on the location of the gym. We did not have a car so we did not have to register or check in with security as noted in the arrival instructions. The apartment is right by the airport so you do hear the planes and the 6:30am flight is loud. It surprised us the first morning. These are nit picky items that were very minor but we thought might be helpful to the next renters.

Beach access and convenience to airport was very good

Building is under construction, largely empty and amenities are not available including bar and pool. Elevators are dirty with construction material, only a couple working. Gym is sub-par

Pleasant

The location was nice. It was right on the beach. There were places to eat nearby.

The view from the condo was a big disappointment. It met our needs.

The best rental condo I stayed in

This condo was next to new foxwood casino it was clean and safe and amazing view .host was great

We did not have the offering of breakfast was told it was for certain guests only. We were in walking distance to a few restaurants. We traveled by car service.

I didn't like there were no restaurants available to us in the facility only at night. There wasn't a shuttle or transportation. No one to suggest places or brochures.

Great stay, very happy!! Would stay again.

Location was great. The apartment was very nice, exactly like the pictures. Beds were comfortable and host was available incase any issue arose.

The a/c could only be on, set at 69°, or off. For me coming from Florida 69 is too cold but once off it would quickly warm up and have to be turned back on. That was really the only issue. The pool closes at 6 and beach access is only from 7-7 but that is not the hosts fault. In our opinion 6pm is way too early for the pool to close and we were sad we couldn't get onto the beach to watch the sunrise.

very disappointed for the price I paid and the service

the condo needs some upgrading such the shower head needs to be replaced the a/c don’t cool the rooms ; the faucet in the kitchen sink needs to be replaced. more paper towels and toilet tissue needed

Good

The pool easy access to the beach close to shops and near the airport.

Our room was very nice but it needed curtains or blinds in one of the rooms and the sunrise would wake you up when you weren't ready to get up. Also needs tv in every room and add more shows to the tv or a firestick. Other than that is was really nice place.

Not quite what we expected

The location was great. The size was comfortable for the 7 of us. The kitchen was nicely stocked with kitchenware. The staff at the residence was very friendly and helped our large group get a taxi when we needed it.

The washer & dryer had an out of order sign on it when we arrived. We had exactly enough towels for our group for the beach and exactly enough for the showers, so it would have been nice to be able to wash them at least once since we had to continue to reuse them over and over again. The microwave never worked. The fridge was never terribly cold, but was decent until it started going out and then it got warm and the freezer wouldn't freeze anything. They brought a cooler of ice to put our food in while they defrosted whatever froze up. The blankets on the bed were pretty small and not really shareable and there were no extra blankets to use. The a/c wasn't great and they had a sign on it asking to not adjust it but where it was set it was extremely hot and humid in the apartment. The tv had 2 volumes.... extremely loud and mute. We were only allowed to use the pool 3 times with a reservation(not their fault, it was due to covid restrictions) unless you're a large group of girls with everything hanging out drinking and shaking your but then they made an exception it seemed. The gate to the beach was padlocked fairly early around 7pm and it was a very long walk around to get to the beach after it was locked.
