Property is on prime location on the national highway
Unfortunately the day we stayed there was no hot water.

The location is good as I have to go to VIT college every day. The hotel is very close to the new VIT road which makes the commute easy
Also a great restaurant Kailash Parbat is connected to the hotel that's why I gave it a better rating for location
They have covered car parking as well which is very helpful
The rooms and bedding were very old and smelly. I requested them to change and they did.
Lots of mosquitos around the hotel and in the room.
