Crazy Bear was more than just a hostel, it really felt like a place I’d known for a long time.
There’s so much I could mention, but I really loved how clean the rooms were and the night events like karaoke, trivia, and card games. They’re such a great way to meet people, especially if you’re traveling solo.
They also rent scooters and organize fun activities like canyoneering and other things to do around Moalboal, which makes it really easy to explore the area.
The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Chim, she’s the perfect host. super friendly, helpful, and really down to earth.
All the other staff were amazing too.
The only thing I’d say is the shower pressure could be better, and maybe having extra towels for longer stays would be great.

My favorite hostel i've been so far! The staff are amazing, special shoutout to Jayar and Christine! Comfy beds and good AC, and lots of fun events at nights.

Great location extremely nice staff
Toilet & shower facilities need to be attended to,
Broken toilets seats, toilets don’t flush, occasional no water preventing from flushing occurring or hand washing.
Shower heads no pressure and leak, no area to place clothes in showers. Broken railing preventing towels from being hung up
