Great but can be better

The place is very secure, close to major restaurants and the mall. Very elegant and modern apartments, overall a great place.

The added costs "cleaning fee" was unexpected. Also during the winter season a much warmer heater would have been appreciated instead of the small one which we got.

Perfect stay for work

Great location, lovely apartment with comfortable furnishings. Everything worked well and so easy to get around with a car.

Apartment block is not conducive to privacy and there. Were two very load mid week parties that went well beyond the specified quiet time of 22:00.

Stay at Trywhitt

Everything about the unit was exceptional. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. The unit has it all from washing machine to dishwasher. Excellent value

The fiber did not work, but the technician replaced the router quickly once reported.

I was very disappointed at the services provided by Propr. The booking was a big mess up especially when I needed to extend my stay. When I called in, one of the agent was very very rude, horrible customer service and didn’t bother to try solve the problem. On the one end, Courtney was very helpful and tried to assist. I didn’t like that cleaning costs were over charged and hidden cost that I was not made aware of. I didn’t like that the was no1 in the property to assist if an issue a raised. I didn’t like the service and information to check in was only sent after check-in. Which was a mission. I would never want to deal with Propr again. Very dishonest and rude.

I messaged the host that the coffee machine is not working and was promised that it will looked into and no one bothered

Exceptional

Everything.. the fact that it was near a mall, made the entire stay amazing, didn't even use the car. Will definitely recommend and come back again. Electricity backup was quick to kick in when loadshedding hit.

Great value for money. Great location

Great location. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Great security. Clean and has a generator during load shedding. Netflix and wifi were great

The bed was hard and pillows were lumpy. There was a odd noise coming from either the drain or toilet which did interrupt our sleep. Coffee machine was not working. Nespresso capsules were provided for but incompatible machine. However coffee sachets were provided. The parking if you have a big vehicle will be difficult as it was absolutely small. Fortunately we rented a tiny car which was easy to park. However if you have a big vehicle it would be an extremely tight squeeze.

Would avoid if you enjoy sleep on a comfortable mattress.

Location is good

The bed in this unit is dilapidated and the most uncomfortable sleeping experience. I had to check out the next day, of an 8-day stay, at my expense because the host/property manager refused to remedy the situation.

Excellent place but there was no internet and cable TV

The room was beautiful and comfortable. It had most of the amenities as was expected. The security was helpful and supportive. The building is in a good location that gives one access to a number of things.

During the period of my stay, I had no internet. I reported the issue to their costumer service and they brought someone who just said there was nothing they could do about it. This limited my ability to do my work and even watch TV. There is no cable network and also no internet so I had no entertainment and couldn't work. I finally moved to another apartment although I had the intention to extend my stay. It is generally a good place if they fix the internet and put in cable TV at least.

it’s a beautiful space. incredibly spacious and the finishings are amazing.

the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. my body hurts. there’s wi-fi which doesn’t work so we had to use our own and paying extra R600 for housekeeping

Very good

apartment was spacious and had all the things I required for my long stay.

the washing machine did not function properly. the shower being in the bedroom made no sense. not enough linen for long stays. the couch was worn out.

Superb

The apartment and the building is in a prime spot, easy to access transport and just a few metres from Rosebank mall. Access control guarantees you a peaceful sleep.
